- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website My Rest Aparthotel (hereinafter: the Service)
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is INA MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o., Gdańsk 80-890, Heweliusza 9 entered in the business register under the number NIP: 5833317195 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts regarding personal data protection, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the persons to whom the data relates, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
- processed lawfully;
- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
- stored in a form enabling identification of the persons to whom they relate no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- Personal data are processed based on the consent given by users of the Service, as well as in cases where applicable law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.
- The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by the users of the Service, solely for the purpose of:
- responding to user inquiries sent via the contact form,
- accepting reservations made through the online booking system,
- performing services provided by the Administrator based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process or inquiry submission via the contact form. Consent to process data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking on the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Administrator's email address,
- the legitimate interest of the data Administrator in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (e.g., debt collection or video surveillance for monitoring traffic on the premises).
- Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions, and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in the fulfillment of the ordered service).
- The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer personalization.
- Users who provide data to the Administrator have the right to access, modify, request deletion, limit, or stop processing of their personal data at any time. Users may also request the deletion of their personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as no standard for such data exchange between hotel facilities has been established.
- Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- To exercise their rights indicated in point 8, users should contact the Administrator using the same email address or phone number provided to the Service, by contacting rezerwacje@myrest.com.pl
- Any user of the Service may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The Administrator collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- by voluntary submission of information in forms,
